All our trips are family friendly and welcomed to ALL ages. From our Disney/ Universal Summer tour, to our Wine Country, and Dallas Cowboys we accommodate our trips to be family oriented.

Yes, you may visit our Tours page and select the package that pertains to you and your party.

All our trips are safe, with our drivers and cleaning maintenance crew cleaning and disinfecting our buses after each trip. We also have a tour guide with each group to assist you with any questions or concerns that arise.

Hotels are based on Double occupancy (Two people per room) if customer is traveling Single the surcharge is $50 extra for a Single King Room per night except for Disney Tours. Hotel may subject to change depending on Room Availability. RGV TOURS reserves the right to make changes without informing customer. Breakfast is included at hotel, any damages caused in customers room will be billed for loss and property damage by RGV Tours.

We offer two payment plans for our customers. Our first payment plan is called Easy Pay. With this plan, you put $20 down for your group and pay the rest off on a weekly or biweekly basis. Please note that if you don’t change the date of your first Easy Pay installment, your first installment will be deducted at the same time as the $20 deposit. The second payment option is to put $100 down per person and then settle the total remaining balance two weeks before the departure date.

ALL cancellations are NON REFUNDABLE! In the event that the customer needs to cancel a scheduled tour for any reason, customer may transfer reservation to another person with at least 48 hours notice to update rooming list.

We use our Charter buses for all our tours from Cowboys to East Coast, Summer Disney/ Universal, and our Wine Tours.
