Tour Policies

Reservations:

Can be made by Website, Smart Phone app, or by phone with RGV TOURS office or visit our office at 3900 N Jackson Rd, Pharr, TX Ste 201.

Deposits:

$100 per person- Full payment due two weeks or ten days before tour takes place. Or
$20 Easy Pay- Tour is booked via Smart Phone App or website with Credit card only, which will be deducted either weekly or bi – weekly chosen by the customer. This option is an auto draft payment, with credit card used to reserve the tour.

Final Payments:

All balances are due ten days before tour takes place, NO EXCEPTIONS. If booked via Easy Pay last transaction will be taken out day of Tour or before, depending on payment option.

Cancellations:

ALL cancellations are NON REFUNDABLE! In the event that the customer needs to cancel a scheduled tour for any reason, customer may transfer reservation to another person with at least 48 hours notice to update rooming list.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:

In the event the game is cancelled due to COVID-19, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Customer will have the choice to apply full amount of payment towards any future tour based on tour availability.

Hotel Accommodations:

Are based on Double occupancy (Two people per room) if customer is traveling Single the surcharge is $50 extra for a Single King Room per night except for Disney Tours. Hotel may subject to change depending on Room Availability. RGV TOURS reserves the right to make changes without informing customer. Breakfast is included at hotel, any damages caused in customers room will be billed for loss and property damage by RGV Tours.

Prohibited Substances:

Smoking, drugs, and illegal items are prohibited on all coaches. All animals except guide dogs are prohibited on the coaches.

Alcoholic Beverages:

Depending on Itinerary of Tour, Customer’s must abide by the set Terms displayed by the Tour Guide. Drinking is permitted but if other passengers feel unsafe or in danger, customer will be removed and no drinking will be allowed on bus. If Customer has been excessively drinking they may be removed from bus and find transportation elsewhere. RGV Tours reserves the right to dispatch removal of said customer.

Responsibilities of Contracting:

Any damage to the vehicle caused by the Charter Party will be charged by RGV TOURS to the Customer contracting. Each passenger once departed from the bus is responsible for himself. Passengers whose conduct is disruptive to the comfort of the passengers or interferes with RGV TOURS operation will be denied boarding. Client is responsible for all passengers. This is a NON SMOKING BUS “IT’S THE LAW”. Customers are responsible for the costs to repair any and all damages caused by Customers party to the coach and for any additional cleaning fees for coaches returned in poor condition. NO EXCEPTIONS

Disclaimer:

RGV TOURS is not liable for damage to or loss of baggage or other property. Baggage and all other property will be handled at the passenger’s risk and only in an amount that can be conveniently carried in the storage areas of the charter coach. Any damage to the coach by the charter party will be charged by the carrier to the charter party. RGV TOURS reserves the Right to substitute equipment if in our sole discretion a substitution is necessary.
